SDJ COVID-19 Dashboard
UPDATE: Effective February 7, 2022, the SDJ will no longer provide updates to the student and staff COVID-19 positive case tables.
We will continue to follow up with positive students and their families regarding quarantine and return dates..
At this time (Feb. 7, 2022), we continue to see a downward trend in COVID-19 cases and no school spread. The updated quarantine and isolation guidelines also continue to keep students out of school for much shorter periods of time in most cases.

NOTE: DATA IN ( ) REFLECTS CHANGE IN NUMBER SINCE THE PREVIOUS UPDATE. Active positive cases reported here are for those students enrolled in the School District of Janesville who have tested positive. Close contacts reported from these positive cases are only for those which SDJ school health/nurse teams have done the contact tracing. The student data on this page relies on parents notifying their child's school in a timely fashion of the status of their child(ren). Even during times of distance learning, parents are encouraged to contact their child's school when a child is positive for COVID-19 or deemed a close contact in order for the District to have accurate data to determine whether schools should re-open for face-to-face learning or remain in distance learning. |
